Having some self-compassion will help you to be more resilient, motivated, and have better relationships.
What exactly does self-compassion look like? Take a deep breath, place your hand on your heart, apply a little pressure and say to yourself, “You are doing the best you can. Some days are harder than others. You are well intended.”
